Term: 2024-2025, Thurs., September 5, 2024 - Thurs., June 26, 2025
Days: Tuesday, Thursday: 1 or 2 days a week
Times: 10 am - 12 noon (2 hours)
Ages: 2 years old
Program Title: Mandarin Chinese Immersion Preschool for Toddlers
Description: This class is designed for children 2 years old. Class sizes are
kept small. Teachers are native speakers of Mandarin Chinese with good or excellent English.
We keep the classes fun and the children engaged. Children will learn Mandarin Chinese language,
conversational skills, simple greetings, some counting. In order to teach the language, and keep
the children interested, we use various techniques of pedagogy, including coloring,
singing and dancing, exercise and physical activity, group games,
story telling, arts and crafts, and other fun activities -- all in Mandarin Chinese.
A parent or guardian must be present at all times.

Tuition: 1 day a week: $115 per month, per child, with minimum 3-month commitment, plus annual $100 registration fee

Times: 9:30 am - 11:30 am (2 hours, half day) and 9:30 am - 1:30 pm (4 hours, full day)
Ages: 3-5 years old

kept small. Teachers are native speakers of Mandarin Chinese with good or excellent English.
We keep the classes fun and the children engaged. Children will learn Mandarin Chinese conversational skills,
as well how to read/write Chinese characters. In order to teach the language, we use various techniques that
included but are not limited to simple mathematics, arts and crafts, singing and dancing,
group games, story telling, physical activities all in Mandarin Chinese. In short, they will learn
how to speak and understand spoken Mandarin Chinese and they will learn how to read
and write some Chinese characters, including transliteration systems pinyin and zhuyin (bopomofo).
(Children must be potty trained.)

Term: Summer 2025, July 7 - August 14, 2025 (6 weeks)
Days: T,W,Th (3 days/week) and M,T,W,Th (4 days/week)
Times: 10 am - 2 pm (4 hours/day)
Ages: 3-9 years old
Program Title: Mandarin Chinese Summer School for Children
Description: Summer school allows for children who have no had no exposure to Mandarin Chinese to get a feeling for the language and culture. For children who go to Mandarin Chinese schools during the school year, or who have had prior exposure to the language, it's a great way for them to learn new words and phrases, as well as to keep current during the summer -- to not lose the hard-earned conversational skills and reading/writing skills they have learned in the past and through the past school year(s). The focus in summer school is on conversation, but reading and writing of characters and pinyin is also covered.
The classes are designed for children ages 3-9. Class sizes are
